Wines


All our red wines are prepared in open fermenters and pressed using our 80 year old basket press. This method of pressing is both traditional and gentle, resulting in rich, soft wine. By varying the combination and percentage of new and used American, Balkan and French oak, we endeavour to reflect each individual vintage. Decanting our wines prior to serving will enhance their enjoyment. As we have used very little filtration prior to bottling, a small amount of sediment may have formed.
