After thousands of years of propagation, this drought resistant variety was on the cusp of extinction in 1968 when only 14 hectares were officially recorded in three  European appellations.

Our small vineyard of .7 hectares produced just 6.26 tonne of high quality fruit that we carefully hand-picked and gently basket pressed to produce this clean crisp style.

It is ideally suited for enjoyment now or with 2 - 3 years bottle maturation.
